Can I return unused hours?

The unused hours are usable for anything you want at any point in time. Unused hours don’t hold cash value, but anyone in your household may use them as well!

So, unused hours are not returnable but they are always usable. They don't have an expiring date. Tutoring hours can be used for any subject and grade level, but depending on the subject it may be billed at a higher hourly rate.

For example, if someone purchases 1st-grade tutoring, and then requests an LSAT tutor, they can still use the credits, but each hour will be billed higher.
